Your Responsibilities

As a technical salesperson, you will manage our sales projects from the quote request all the way to production start, and coordinate stakeholders both internally and externally. The position involves close collaboration with Trelleborg's sales offices and customers as well as our internal technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities included in the position:

• Participating in developing business as well as working methods and organization towards our customers.
• Investigating customer inquiries and thus performing technical and commercial preparation.
• Ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are communicated, clarified, and met by our own and our suppliers' organization, the “Voice of the Customer.”
• Leading and participating in projects, including strategic improvement/change projects.

Your Background/Your Qualities

To be the right fit for the role, you need to collaborate with many, both internally and externally, which is why you are driven, business-oriented, and have an easy time communicating with both Swedish and foreign contacts. You can engage in multiple matters simultaneously and prefer to see opportunities rather than difficulties.

We believe that you as a person are curious and open to developing both working methods and your own competence. Furthermore, it is important that you are pedagogical, service-oriented, and patient. You communicate with others in a responsive and smooth manner and collaborate flexibly with others towards common goals.

You have previous experience working with technology and likely hold a degree as a civil engineer or equivalent educational level/work experience. Experience in sales, project management, automotive industry, or polymer industry is an advantage.

You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
